010000 - ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed bids for LRPA 2022 TRACK MAINTENANCE, to be constructed for LITTLE ROCK PORT AUTHORITY, LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, will be received online in the Central Bidding online bid interface until 10:30 AM Tuesday, June 7, 2022. Proposals will be downloaded and then posted on the bidding website the same day as the bid opening.For this project, bids will only be accepted through the Central Bidding online electronic bid interface.This project includes but is not limited to, the removal and disposal of 1,500 existing wood railroad ties and replacing them with new 9” x 7” x 8’-6” industrial grade wood ties using new spikes and the removal, disposal and replacement of switch ties at five (5) turnouts. This project also includes the tamping, dressing, and regulating of approximately 10,300 linear feet of existing track as shown on the plans and indicated in the specifications.Official Bid Documents are available at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).
