NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, June 24, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
New Bar Screens and Pump Station located in Gould, AR for the Arkansas Department of Corrections. PR #4802604
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on June 17, 2026, at 7800 Correction Circle, C&M Conference Room, Pine Bluff, AR 71603. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Arkansas Blueprint Company, 10110 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, 501-312-0050. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $175.00 per set, payable to McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within then (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidders deposit will be refunded. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Arkansas Blueprint Company.

If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
