The City of Springdale is seeking separate sealed bids for the housing rehabilitation of owner-occupied single-family dwelling(s). Project HR-25-05: Remove and install exterior doors, plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other work required. Bids will be received by: City of Springdale, Housing Services Program, 201 Spring Street, Room A130, Springdale, AR 72764 until Friday, June 12th, 2026, 9:00AM.
