Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, June 30, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
RMTC Arkansas Ave. & Louisiana Ave. Resurface located in North Little Rock, Arkansas for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752621
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on June 23, 2026, at 1301 Missouri Ave. Camp Joseph T. Robinson, North Little Rock, AR 72199 The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Capital Imaging, 601 S. Ringo St., Little Rock, AR 72201; 501-376-2446. www.capitolblueplanroom.com. Prime Bidders will be furnished one (1) set of bidding documents. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $150 per set, payable to the Michael Baker International. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return the bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of the bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders purchasing additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Capital Imaging.
