LIFT STATION REHABILITATION
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the construction of the Lift Station Rehabilitation will be received by the City of Parkin, 122 Wilson Street, Parkin, Arkansas 72373 until 2:00 p.m. local time, on July 1, 2026. The Bid Opening for the project will be held at the office of Civil Engineering Associates, LLC located at 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401 at this time. All hand delivered Bids, on the day of the Bid Opening, should be delivered to this location prior to the Bid Opening time. The Project consists of replacement of an existing sewer lift station, associated site work, and all related appurtenances.
BIDDERS ARE ADVISED to pay close attention to the Instruction to Bidders for this project. The Instruction to Bidders details special provisions regarding the bid opening.
Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis.
The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Civil Engineering Associates, LLC, 1500 East Washington Avenue, Suite C, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401, Phone: (870) 972-5316, Lance Powell, P.E., lpowell@ce-associates.biz. Prospective Bidders may examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
Bidding information can be downloaded at www.questcdn.com. Reference QuestCDN project number 10227765 for a non-refundable charge of $25.00. Contact QuestCDN Customer Support at 952-233-1632 or info@questcdn.com for assistance in membership registration, downloading digital project information, and vBid online bid submittal. Project bid documents must be downloaded from QuestCDN, which will add your company to the Planholders List and allow access to vBid online bidding for the submittal of your bid. Online submittal of bids will be accepted for an additional non-refundable charge of $45.00. Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office, during the hours indicated above, upon payment of $_150.00_ for each set, non-refundable. Checks for printed copies of the Bidding Documents shall be payable to “Civil Engineering Associates”. Upon request and receipt of the document payment indicated above, the Issuing Office will transmit the Bidding Documents via delivery service. The date that the Bidding Documents are transmitted by the Issuing Office will be considered the Bidder’s date of receipt of the Bidding Documents. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office or QuestCDN.
A pre-bid conference will NOT be held for this project.
Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
