NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, June 30, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
Yancopin Trailhead Phase 1 located in Watson, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage & Tourism. PR #9002611
There will NOT be a Pre-Bid Conference. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Arkansas Blueprint Company, 10110 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas 72205, 501-312-0050. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $175.00 per set, payable to McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within then (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidders deposit will be refunded. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Arkansas Blueprint Company.

If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
