CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER is seeking sealed Bids for the construction of the WEST PULASKI COUNTY WATERLINE EXTENSIONS, PHASE 2C, and will be received by CENTRAL ARKANSAS WATER, BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS at the office of Halff Associates, Inc, 10800 Financial Centre Parkway, Suite 500, Little Rock, AR 72211, until 2:00 pm, on August 18, 2026 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
The Project includes the following Work: Installation of approx. 3,700 LF of 12-inch D.I. waterline / 20,000 LF of 8-inch D.I. waterline / 1,150 LF of 8-inch PVC waterline / 500 LF of 3-inch PVC waterline / various Fire Hydrants, Fittings and Valves. The Engineer’s estimate of construction is approx. $3.1 M, with a construction duration of 180 days.

Any contract or contracts awarded under this invitation for bids will be subject to the requirements of the Arkansas Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) Programs as described in the contract documents.

(Public Law 113-76) including the “American Iron and Steel (AIS)” requirement, Labor Standards, Equal Employment Opportunity, and the “Prohibition on certain telecommunication and video surveillance services or equipment provisions” during the performance of this contract. The Bidder commits itself to the requirements for participation contained herein and all other requirements, terms, and conditions of these bid conditions by submitting a properly signed Bid. Each requirement listed above for the RLF programs are in the Supplemental Conditions in the Contract Documents.
