NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:30PM, September 22, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC Barrack 1523 Renovations located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752628
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 9:00AM on September 15, 2026, at the First Floor Bunk Area, Barrack 1523, 20th Street, Fort Chaffee, AR 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Benchmark Group, Inc., James A. Lastovica, 1805 N. 2nd. Street, Rogers, Arkansas 72756 (479) 636-5004. Prime bidders may request (3) sets of bidding documents. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $50.00 per set, payable to Benchmark Group, Inc. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within (10) ten days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the Bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime Bidders requiring additional sets and Sub-Bidders may purchase bidding documents through Benchmark Group, Inc.

If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
