No-Discharge Permit 4425-WR-1
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application for renewal and modification on January 22, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 4425-WR-1, for land application of biosolids from the wastewater treatment plant. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility is located as follows: Section 8 Township 8 South Range 5 West, near the city of Gould in Lincoln County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
