For New No-Discharge Permit 5469-W
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application on December 10, 2025, with additional information received by April 2, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 5469-W, for land application of food processing residuals from various food and vegetable processing plants, animal processing plants, and animal food processing plants. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility sites are located as follows: Section 24 Township 8N Range 25W, near the city of Scranton in Logan County, Arkansas. Interested persons desiring to request a public hearing on the application may do so in writing.
