The Lowell City Council will meet June 16, 2026, at 6:30 PM in the Lowell Council Chambers at 216 N. Lincoln St. to consider the appeal of a decision of the Lowell Planning Commission on the denial of a rezone application submitted by Michael Ceryanec to rezone property parcel #12-02426-000 on Bellview St from C-2 urban thoroughfare commercial to R-3 urban neighborhood.
