NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Notice is hereby given that the Fort Smith City Board of Directors will meet to consider amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) during their June 2, 2026, meeting. The meeting will be held at 6:00 p.m. at the Blue Lion, 101 North 2nd Street. Three (3) copies of the amendments entitled May 2026 amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance are available for public inspection and review in the Fort Smith City Clerk’s office during normal working hours on the first floor of the Stephens Building, 623 Garrison Avenue.
All interested parties are invited to attend and are entitled to be heard.
