NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, June 23, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC 1511 DFAC Renovations located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752610
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on June 16, 2026, at 1511 Roberts Blvd, Fort Chaffee, AR 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Tim A. Risley Architects, Fort Smith, Arkansas 72903 479-452-2636. Construction documents will be available for a deposit of $250 per set for General Contractors only - max of two sets. Partial sets will not be allowed. Refunds will be returned if drawings are returned in good condition within 7 days from bid date.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: Tim A. Risley Architects, Thomas E. Howard Jr., 6101 Phoenix Avenue, Suite 1, Fort Smith, AR 72903. (479) 452-2636.
If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
