NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE is given, that pursuant to the authority contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Crawford County, Arkansas, entered on April 20, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 17CV-2024-777) pending between Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff, vs. Casey Jamel Henderson; Secretary, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development; The Spouse of Casey Jamel Henderson; and The Occupants of 126 Rudy Road, Alma, AR 72921, Defendants, the undersigned Commissioner of this Court, will offer at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Front Door or entrance or the place at said venue where foreclosure sales are customarily advertised and/or conducted at the Crawford County Courthouse in which said Court is held, 300 Main St., Van Buren, AR 72956, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales on _June 24, 2026_, at the hour of __10:00__A.M., the following described real property located in Crawford County, Arkansas, to wit:
Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 6, Township 9
North, Range 30 West, Crawford County, Arkansas being more particularly
described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Northeast
Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, Thence along the West line of said forty, South 00
degrees 19 minutes 48 seconds East, 539.80 feet. Thence leaving said West line, East 555.69 feet to a set rebar on the Northerly right of way line of Rudy Road and the point of beginning. Thence North 00 degrees 01 minutes 00 seconds West, 160.15 feet to a set rebar. Thence North 89 degrees 03 minutes 36 seconds East, 122.00 feet. Thence South 01 degrees 07 minutes 48 seconds East, 193.68 feet to a set rebar on the Northerly right of way line of Rudy Road. Thence along said right of way line, North 75 degrees 56 minutes 19 seconds West, 129.64 feet to the Point of Beginning. Subject to Easements, Rights of Way and Covenants of record. Subject to Restrictions of record and Reservations and Conveyances of Oil, Gas and Other Minerals.
TERMS OF SALE: Full payment of the purchase price the day of sale, or payment of 10.00% of the purchase price, non-refundable, plus the balance on a credit of ninety (90) days at 10.00% interest per annum on the full purchase price from the date of sale, until paid, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the Order and Decree of the Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of 10.00% per annum from the date of sale, until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure payment of the purchase money.
