You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Bella Vista Village Property Owners Association, Inc., an Arkansas Non-Profit Corporation, whose attorney is Doug McCash, P. O. Box 6210, Bella Vista, Arkansas, 72714-1210, has filed a suit for foreclosure. A judgment of the Court will affect your interest in the property described as:
Lot 4, Block 7, Ardwell Subdivision, Bella Vista Village, Arkansas, per recorded plat or plats filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Benton County, Arkansas.
You are hereby notified to appear within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Warning Order and in the event of your failure to do so, judgment by default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint as provided by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
