NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE
WHEREAS, this NOTICE OF ADJOURNMENT OF FORECLOSURE SALE (the “Notice”) serves to adjourn a foreclosure sale that has been scheduled to be held at the Pulaski County Courthouse, 401 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201 on Thursday, June 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., in accordance with that Notice of Default and Foreclosure Sale filed of record on May 22, 2026 as Document # 2026028649 in the Office of the Circuit Clerk for Pulaski County, Arkansas (the “Original Notice”); and
WHEREAS, under the terms of the Single Family Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1994, 12 U.S.C. § 3751, et seq., (the “Act”), the family of EDDIE B. NELSON AND MYRTLE N, ALLEN, husband and wife as joint tenants with right of survivorship (collectively, the “Mortgagor”), is provided the opportunity to purchase the mortgaged Property, described below, subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Act; and
WHEREAS, the family of the Mortgagor has petitioned to purchase the Property, therefore the foreclosure sale described herein is adjourned THIRTY (30) days from the date of this Notice in order to provide the family of the Mortgagor the opportunity to complete the purchase of the Property; and
NOW THEREFORE, pursuant to powers vested in me by the Single Family Mortgage Foreclosure Act of 1994, 12 U.S.C. 3751 et seq., by 24 CFR part 27, subpart B (the “Act”) and by the Secretary’s designation of me as Foreclosure Commissioner, recorded on February 20, 2014 with the Circuit Clerk and Ex Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas as Inst. # 2014009575, notice is hereby given that, if the family of the Mortgagor does not complete the purchase of the Property as provided in the Act, on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. local time, all real and personal property at or used in connection with the following described premises (“Property”) will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder unless the family of the Mortgagor shall close the purchase of said Property in accordance with the Act:
Lot A, Block 4, Country Club Addition to the City of Jacksonville, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
Commonly known as: 50 Georgeann Dr., Jacksonville, AR 72076.
The sale will be held at the Pulaski County Courthouse, 401 W Markham St, Little Rock, AR 72201. The Secretary of Housing and Urban Development will bid $122,250.09. When making their bids, all bidders except the Secretary must submit a deposit totaling $12,225.01 [10% of the Secretary’s bid] in the form of a certified check or cashier’s check made out to the Secretary of HUD. The check must reference FHA Case # 031-4251981. All other terms and conditions of the foreclosure sale shall be as set forth in the Original Notice.
