WARNING ORDER
Any persons or entities claiming an interest in or ownership of certain land as described and located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, are hereby warned to appear in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas, within thirty (30) days of the date of first publication of this Warning Order, and answer the Complaint of Plaintiff, Arkansas State Highway Commission, which has condemned the following described land:
TRACT NO. 106:
Part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 2 North, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at a 1/2 inch rebar found at the North Sixteenth Corner of Sections 20 and 21, Township 2 North, Range 13 West; thence North 86°13’47” West along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter a distance of 675.25 feet to a point; thence South 2°07’33” West a distance of 42.39 feet to the Northerly right of way line of Arkansas State Highway 10 (Cantrell Road) as established by ARDOT Job 061382 and the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence continue South 2°07’33” West a distance of 41.51 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way line of Arkansas State Highway 10 (Cantrell Road) as established by AHTD Job 60290; thence South 83°30’14” West along said right of way line a distance of 13.15 feet to a point on the East right of way line of Viewpointe Cove as established by the plat of The Viewpointe Office Subdivision as filed in Book H, Page 453; thence North 2°07’33” East along said right of way line a distance of 43.29 feet to a point on the Northerly right of way line of Arkansas State Highway 10 (Cantrell Road) as established by ARDOT Job 061382; thence South 88°41’12” East along said right of way line a distance of 13.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING and containing 0.01 acres (551 sq. ft.) more or less as shown on ARDOT plans referenced as Job 061382.
You are hereby notified that the Plaintiff, Arkansas State Highway Commission, whose attorney is Bailey Gambill, Legal Division, Post Office Box 2261, Little Rock, AR 72203-2261, has filed a Complaint in eminent domain against you and the described land. A copy of said Complaint, Declaration of Taking, and Order, shall be delivered to you or your attorney upon request. If you fail to appear within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Warning Order, you may be barred from answering said Complaint and otherwise asserting your interest.
