You are hereby notified that a Petition for Adoption concerning the minor child, Laurene Ada Kemp, has been filed in the Circuit Court of Hot Spring County, Arkansas, Probate Division, in the above-styled cause by Petitioner, Sophie Saunders-Jiggetts, whose attorney is Michelle Smith of Big Rock Legacy Law Group, Attorneys & Counselors, PLC, 425 W. The nature of the relief sought is the adoption of the minor child identified above.
