Construction Management- Municipal Buildings
City of Lowell, Arkansas
The City of Lowell, Arkansas is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from experienced and qualified Construction Management firms to provide comprehensive construction management services for multiple municipal building projects.
The firm selected will serve as the City’s representative throughout the planning, procurement, construction, and closeout phases of each project, ensuring that all work is completed in accordance with the City’s objectives for quality, budget, schedule, and transparency.
Interested firms may obtain the full Request for Qualifications (RFQ) packet from Lowell City Hall, 216 N. Lincoln Street, Lowell, Arkansas 72745, or by contacting Fire Chief Justin Watkins jwatkins@lowellar.gov
Statements of Qualifications must be submitted no later than 4:00 PM August 21st, 2026, to the Lowell City Clerk’s Office.
The City of Lowell reserves the right to reject any and all submissions and to waive any formalities in the selection process.
