APPLICATION FOR SMALL BREWERY TAPROOM PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for a permit to sell beer, malt beverages, hard cider and wine at retail on the premises described as:
1221 S. School, Unit 110, Fayetteville, Washington County
Said application was filed on July 29, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
