A public hearing will be held before the City of Siloam Springs Board of Directors for an annexation development permit on property located at 3115 East Kenwood Street, Siloam Springs (corner of E. Kenwood St. & S. Excelsior Dr.). The request is to zone the property as R-2. The public hearing will be held at the City of Siloam Springs Library located at 205 E Jefferson St, at 6:30 p.m. on September 15, 2026.
