On October 3, 2025, an affidavit for collection of small estate by distributee was filed by Sharon Frazier with respect to the estate of Benjamin Taylor, deceased, with the clerk of the probate division of the circuit court-probate division of Phillips County, Arkansas, under Ark. Code Ann.§28-41-101.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or his or her attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.

The legal description of all real property listed in the affidavit is as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of section thirty-three (33), township two (2) south, range two (2) east, Phillips County, Arkansas, thence north 0°55’ east nine hundred sixty-eight and one-tenth (968.1) feet; thence north 83°55’ west sixty-six and twenty-two hundredths (66.22) feet to the east line of a county road and the point of beginning; thence, from the point of beginning north 3°02 west two hundred forty-seven and fifty-five (247.55) feet along said east line of county road to the south right of way of state highway 316; thence south 83°55’ east one hundred forty-five (145) feet along the south right of way of state highway 316 to the west line of Batchelor subdivision; thence south 1°03’ west two hundred forty-seven (247) feet along said west subdivision line; thence north 83°55’ west one hundred twenty-six and twenty-two hundredths (126.22) feet to the point of beginning, being a part of the south-east quarter of the southeast quarter of section thirty-two (32) township two (2) south, range two (2) east and a part of the southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of section thirty-three (33) township two (2) south, range two (2) east, Phillips County, Arkansas.
