NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, September 24, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
CMTC DFAC 1549 Reroof located in Fort Chaffee, AR for the Arkansas Department of Military. PR #9752731
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on September 16, 2026, at 1549 21st St., Fort Chaffee, AR 72905. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 W. 7th St. Little Rock AR. 72201, (501) 372-4011 and Fort Smith Blueprint 2011 Rogers Ave. Suite B Fort Smith AR. 72901, (479) 782-4686. Bidders must deposit a check in the amount of $50.00 per set, payable to Fennell Purifoy Architects. Deposits will be refunded to all prime bidders who return bidding documents in good condition within ten (10) days after the opening of bids. A bidder receiving a contract award may retain the bidding documents and the bidder’s deposit will be refunded. Prime bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics or Fort Smith Blueprint.

If the bid is more than $50,000.00, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
