Bids for Farmington Public Schools – New Farmington Jr. High School: 12049 N Hwy 170 Farmington, AR 72730
Clark Contractors, LLC and Farmington Public Schools will be accepting bids until 2:00 PM on Tuesday, September 22, 2026. Bids received after this time will not be accepted. The following bid packages will be bid at this time as listed hereafter:
- Pre-Engineered Metal Building Fabrication (Furnish only)
o Includes structure for 2nd level mezzanine
(All other bid packages will be solicited at a later date)
PROCESS FOR SUBMITTING BIDS:
Bids will be received by Clark Contractors, LLC via email jsprout@clarkcontractors.net and/or thru Building Connected. A Bid Form will be made available on Building Connected or by request to jsprout@clarkcontractors.net. Bids will be privately opened by Clark Contractors, LLC, Farmington Public Schools, and Architecture Plus. A 5% bid bond or cashier’s check drawn upon a bank or trust company doing business in Arkansas in the amount of 5% of the amount of the bid is required.
EXAMINATION OF BIDDING DOCUMENTS:
Bidding documents, including addenda, may be examined at the following locations:
1. Clark Contractors, LLC, located at 4886 W Pauline Whitaker Pkwy, Suite 290, Rogers, AR 72758.
2. Building Connected (email jsprout@clarkcontractors.net for invitation).
Obtaining contract documents through any source other than Clark Contractors or their representatives is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through Clark Contractors, or their representatives are considered the official set of the contract documents and take precedence should any discrepancies occur. The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Clark Contractors, LLC, located at 4886 W Pauline Whitaker Pkwy, Suite 290, Rogers, AR 72758; Phone: (479) 651-1260, jsprout@clarkcontractors.net, and Building Connected.
OBLIGATIONS OF BIDDERS: Successful bidders providing a complete, responsive, and responsible bid will be required to execute (without alterations) a subcontract agreement with Clark Contractors based on the Clark Master Subcontract, Project Schedule, and Clark Scope Sheet. Additionally, bidders must comply with all requirements of the Clark Contractors, LLC Sample Certificate of Insurance.
All questions during the bidding process shall be addressed to Clark Contractors at jsprout@clarkcontractors.net. Deadline for questions is 4:00 PM central on Friday, September 11, 2026.
All bidders must submit a current Clark Prequalification Form to Clark prior to submitting their bid for this project. Contact Josiah Sprout via jsprout@clarkcontractors.net for more instructions.
Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
No bidder may withdraw his Bid within thirty (30) days after the actual date of the bid opening.

Clark and Farmington Public Schools reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or irregularity in the bid.
