NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an application has been submitted requesting a rezoning of the property listed above. The request is to change the zoning classification from I-1 (Light Industrial) to R-2 (Residential).
If approved, the rezoning will apply only to the property described above and would allow uses permitted under the R-2 zoning district per the Highfill Zoning Code. It will not change the zoning or permitted uses on neighboring properties.
A public hearing on the application will be held by the Highfill Planning Commission in the Highfill Council Chambers, 2560 W. Highway 12, Highfill, AR, on September 22, 2026, at 6:00 PM. All interested parties may attend and provide input or submit written comments prior to the meeting.
