SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of White County, Arkansas, made and entered on or about the 10th day of September, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 73CV-26-834), then pending between Centennial Bank, Plaintiff, and James Tristan Barley, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the White County Courthouse located at 300 N. Spruce, Searcy, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 30th day of September, 2026, at 11:00 a.m., the following described real property and improvements having the common address of 114 Rambler Lane, Rose Bud, Arkansas 72137, and being more accurately described as follows:
Lot 13, of Dogwood Meadows, Phase II, a recorded subdivision, being a part of the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 8 North, Range 10 West as shown on Plat filed in Plat Cabinet C1 at Sleeve 13 of the White County Records.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, with ten (10%) of the purchase price paid on the date of sale, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
This sale is made subject to any and all stipulations made in the decretal Order filed of record on the 10th day of September, 2026. The Commissioner does not warrant title, boundary lines, taxes and or improvements, if any, on the above listed tract of property in White County, Arkansas.
