Such declaration could result in termination of your parental rights.
A hearing on the petition to terminate parental rights is scheduled for October 30, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the Baxter County Court Complex, 301 E. 6th Street, Mountain Home, AR. If you desire to be represented by an attorney, you should immediately contact your attorney so that an answer can be filed for you and he may appear with you at any hearing.
