Sealed bids for the rehabilitation of a single-family owner-occupied dwelling, Project COR-26-07, will be received by the City of Rogers, CDBG Program, City Hall, 301 West Chestnut, Rogers, AR, until 10:00 AM, Monday, October 5, 2026 where said bids will be opened and read aloud in the CDBG Office at City Hall. Information for bidders can be emailed or picked up by calling Donna Johnston at (479) 621-1121 or emailing djohnston@rogersar.gov. Work consists of windows, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
The City of Rogers and the homeowner reserve the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all bids deemed to be in the City’s best interest. No bidder may withdraw his/her bid within 60 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The City of Rogers encourages participation of (Sec. 3) low income/small, minority, and woman owned business enterprises in the procurement of goods, services, and construction, either as a general contractor or subcontractor. It is further requested that, whenever possible, majority contractors who require subcontractors seek qualified small, minority, and woman owned businesses to partner with them.
