Notice of Application for New No-Discharge Permit 5485-W
Under the provisions of Act 163 of the 1993 Arkansas Legislature, this is to give notice that the Arkansas Department of Energy and Environment (E&E) - Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ), Office of Water Quality has received an application on August 13, 2026, with additional information submitted through September 15, 2026, for a no-discharge permit, Permit No. 5485-W, for domestic wastewater from a church facility (restrooms and lavatories); no food service. The permit application was submitted from the following applicant:

The facility site is located as follows: Section 11 Township 19 N Range 31 W, near the town of Bentonville in Benton County, Arkansas.
