REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS – RAZORBACK GREENWAY LIGHTING DESIGN PROJECT
The Northwest Arkansas Razorback Regional Greenway Alliance (Alliance) is soliciting qualifications from qualified engineering firms to provide professional planning, design, and engineering services for the Razorback Greenway Lighting Design Project. The project encompasses the 41-mile Razorback Greenway corridor through Fayetteville, Johnson, Springdale, Lowell, Rogers, Bentonville, and Bella Vista. Services will include coordination with participating cities to develop lighting standards, details, and maintenance plans, as well as preparation of construction-ready plans, specifications, and contract documents for future lighting installation. Firms must submit seven written copies and one electronic PDF copy of their proposal no later than 9:00 a.m. CST, Tuesday, November 3, 2026.
Written proposals shall be delivered to the Northwest Arkansas Razorback Regional Greenway Alliance, c/o Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, 1311 Clayton Street, Springdale, AR 72762. Electronic proposals shall be submitted to
