REQUEST FOR BIDS – RAZORBACK GREENWAY WAYFINDING SIGNS PROJECT
The Northwest Arkansas Razorback Regional Greenway Alliance (Alliance) is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Razorback Greenway Wayfinding Signs Project. The project includes furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and supplies necessary for the fabrication, installation, and update of wayfinding signage along the 41-mile Razorback Greenway corridor through Fayetteville, Johnson, Springdale, Lowell, Rogers, Bentonville, and Bella Vista. Work generally includes new and updated directional signs, map kiosks, trailhead markers, mileage light pole stickers, and related signage improvements. Sealed bids must be received no later than 9:00 a.m. CST, Tuesday, November 3, 2026, at the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission, 1311 Clayton Street, Springdale, AR 72762. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at 9:00 a.m. at the same location. Bidders must also submit an electronic PDF copy to jocelynn.crowther@laneshift.net by the bid deadline. Late bids will not be accepted. A valid Arkansas Contractor’s License will be required at the time of award. The successful bidder will be required to furnish Performance and Payment Bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price. Questions regarding the RFB must be submitted in writing to jocelynn.crowther@laneshift.net no later than 12:00 noon CST on October 27, 2026. The Alliance reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and reject nonconforming, nonresponsive, or conditional bids.
