COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that in pursuance of the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Lonoke County, Arkansas, made and entered on the 14th day of September, 2026, in a certain cause number 43CV 26-430, then pending therein between William H. Ketchum Estate, as Plaintiff and Craig L. Wilson IN REM ONLY and Haley N. Wilson IN REM ONLY, Capital One, N.A.; M&T Bank; Relyance Bank, as Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the main entrance of the County Courthouse, in which said Court is held, in the City of Lonoke, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 28th day of October, 2026 at 12:00 p.m., the following described real estate, situated in Lonoke County, Arkansas, to-wit:
NORTH HALF OF BLOCK 37, WRIGHT’S SURVEY TO THE CITY OF LONOKE, LONOKE COUNTY, ARKANSAS
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, the purchaser being required to execute a commercial corporate security bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of ten percent per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. PURCHASER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF ALL TRANSFER TAXES.
