Notice is hereby given that Petitioner, Brandy Michelle Threlkeld, 6605 Sunset Road, White Hall, Arkansas 71602 has filed a Petition in the Probate Court of Jefferson County, Arkansas, asking the Court to appoint the Petitioner as the Guardian of M’Kenna Marie Russell, minor; on the 19th day of August, 2026, an Order was entered, appointing Brandy Michelle Threlkeld as temporary guardian.
A hearing will be held in the Probate Court of Jefferson County Courthouse, before the Honorable Jackie Harris, on the 28th day of October, 2026 at 1:30 p.m., to determine whether there are any objections to the appointment of Brandy Michelle Threlkeld, as the guardian of M’Kenna Marie Russell, and if so whether the guardian should be removed.
Each person named in the Petition as an interested party has the right to appear and participate in these proceedings, and to be represented by counsel; if you can not afford counsel, you may be entitled to have appointed for you; or you may waive any objections to the appointment of the guardian.
