ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
FOR TREATMENT PLANT SLUDGE REMOVAL
Sealed Bids for Job Number 26-102, a Treatment Plant Sludge Removal project, will be received by Conway Corporation at its Operations Building at 1320 South German Lane in Conway, Arkansas, until 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, November 3rd, 2026, and then at said time and place, publicly opened and read aloud.
This project will generally consist of the removal and disposal in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations, of water treatment plant residuals from two (2) storage lagoons having a total surface area of approximately 1.8 acres with an approximate total volume of 3,900,000 gallons and approximately 7,000,000 gallons/year of anaerobically digested wastewater treatment plant sludge.
“Unit Price” proposals will be received for the performance of work. These contract documents, including plans, specifications, and complete instructions to bidders may be examined and obtained at the office of Conway Corporation Operations Building. A $25.00 non-refundable fee is required for the contract documents.
All bidders must be licensed in accordance with the requirements of the Arkansas Contractor’s Licensing Board including Act 150 of 1965, as amended, and must be legally qualified in all respects to conduct business in Arkansas. To qualify, bidders must provide a financial statement, a verifiable statement of experience and equipment schedule as more fully defined in the instructions to bidders.
Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount and form, subject to the conditions as provided in the information to bidders. The qualifying bidder must be able to provide a performance bond.
