PUBLIC NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS
City of Greenland, Arkansas, is interested in acquiring Requests for Proposals to purchase and have installed up to 5 storm warning sirens throughout the city.
Procedures for selection of a siren contractor will be in accordance with County and State procurement requirements. All proposals will be evaluated in terms of experience, performance, capability, costs and proximity. City of Greenland will begin negotiations with the respondent submitting the lowest bid for up to 5 storm warning sirens throughout the city.
Interested parties are invited to secure an RFP package from Ms. Tina Cole at NWAEDD, Inc., by e-mail contact tcole@nwaedd.org, or by calling 870-741-3678.
All interested parties must submit their response to the RFP package to Tina M Cole, 818 Hwy 62/412-65N, Harrison, AR 72601, no later than 12 Noon on October 30th, 2026.
