The City of Springdale is seeking separate sealed bids for the housing rehabilitation of owner-occupied single-family dwelling(s). Project HR-25-16: Remove and install exterior doors, remove and install vinyl window units, HVAC, minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry and other work required. Bids will be received by: City of Springdale, Housing Services Program, 201 Spring Street, Room A130, Springdale, AR 72764 until Friday, October 23, 2026, 9:00AM.
