NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION
OF TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the Office of the Circuit Clerk of Saline County, Arkansas to confirm the tax sale and title in the above-described real property located in Saline County, Arkansas.
Said real property was conveyed via Limited Warranty Deeds issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Commissioner of State Lands, State of Arkansas under the provisions of Act 626 of 1983, as amended, after the properties remained unredeemed following expiration of the time required by law. Each of the above-named Respondents was once assessed to pay taxes on the above-described property or claimed an interest therein.
All persons, entities, organizations or improvement districts that can set up any right to the real property conveyed and forfeited is hereby notified to appear herein, asserting their title or interest, if any, in the above-described real property and show cause why the title to said property should not be confirmed, quieted and vested in Petitioner herein, in fee simple.
