Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the Rogers Board of Adjustment on November 3, 2026 at 5:30 p.m. at Rogers City Hall under the provisions of the City of Rogers Code of Ordinances, regarding an application for Praedium Development (Case #: VAR26-0587) for a variance to differ from the Unified Development Code at 4801 S. Champions Dr. and 1.12 acres directly west in the T5.2 (City Medium-Intensity), T4.2 (Neighborhood High-Intensity) and T4.1 (Neighborhood Medium-Intensity) zoning districts more particularly described as follows:
