Part of the S1/2 SW1/4, section 29, Township 18 North, Range 28 West, Washington County, Arkansas, described as follows: Commencing at a 1/2” rebar as the southeast corner of the S1/2 SW1/4; thence N02°54’01”E 40.00 feet; thence N81°05’28’W 550.58 feet to a 5/8” rebar; thence N81°06’23’W 352.74 feet to a 1/2” rebar as The Point of Beginning; thence N81°06’23”W 352.74 feet to a 1/2” rebar; thence N09°20’03”E 382.98 to a 1/2” rebar; thence S75°31’39”E 332.97 feet to a 1/2” rebar; thence S05°53’18”W 351.08 feet to The Point of Beginning, containing 2.88 acres more or less In the SE1/4 SW1/4.
All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, properly verified, to the distributee or his or her attorney within three (3) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit of the estate.
