NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
A public hearing will be held before the City of Siloam Springs Planning Commission for a preliminary plat development permit on property described as Blackberry Farms (Phases 1 & 2) Subdivision in Siloam Springs, AR (2100 Block of Keck RD). The request is for 51 single family residential lots with an average size of 0.23 acres per lot. The public hearing will be held at City of Siloam Springs Public Library at 205 E Jefferson Street at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday the 10th day of November, 2026, immediately following the Board of Adjustment meeting, if any. The preliminary plat development approval, if given, may be appealed by the City Board of Directors within 10 business days of the Planning Commission’s approval.
