If you have any problems accessing or registering on the system, please call customer support at 1-866-526-0160. A hard copy of the documents may also be viewed at the NBHS Central Office. A computer can be available upon appointment. Print/Copy fees will apply. All addenda will be issued through this site including any changes to the dates herein.
PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE:
There will be no pre-proposal conference for this solicitation. Offerors are encouraged to submit written questions by the deadline shown below.
WRITTEN QUESTIONS DEADLINE:
Written questions must be received by Monday, November 23, 2026 at 4:00 PM CST. Questions must be submitted in writing to the contact person shown above. Answers of general interest will be issued as a written addendum on or about December 4, 2026. No oral statement by any representative of the Agency modifies this solicitation.
