NOTICE OF FILING APPLICATION FOR PRIVATE CLUB PERMIT
Notice is hereby given that the undersigned has filed an application with the Alcoholic Beverage Control Division of the State of Arkansas for a private club permit to dispense alcoholic beverages on the premises described as: 316 S. 1st Street, Rogers, Benton County.
Said application was filed on July 21, 2026. The undersigned states that he/she is a resident of Arkansas, of good moral character; that he/she has never been convicted of a felony or other crime involving moral turpitude; that no license to sell alcoholic beverages by the undersigned has been revoked within five (5) years last past; and, that the undersigned has never been convicted of violating the laws of this State, or any other State, relative to the sale of controlled beverages.
