NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the Decree of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Saline County, Arkansas filed on April 24, 2026, in Case No. 63CV-25-2614-III between Diamante Members Club, Inc., Plaintiff, and Dexter A. Allison, II, Defendant, the undersigned, as Commissioner of such Court, will offer for public sale to the highest bidder in the foyer of the Saline County Courthouse, 200 North Main Street, in which said Court is held, in the County of Saline, City of Benton, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, the following described real property, situated in Saline County, Arkansas:
Lot 16, Block 3, Diamante Subdivision, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas;
TERMS OF SALE: Cash or on a credit of three months, the purchaser being required to execute a bond as required by law and the Order of the Court, with approved security, bearing interest at the rate of ten percent (10%) per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchaser money.
