SALE NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the decretal order of the Circuit Court of Greene County, Arkansas, made and entered on or about the 13th day of May, 2026, in a certain cause (No. 28CV-26-109), then pending between Kennett Trust Bank, Plaintiff, and Shannon Stormes, et al., Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, at the Greene County Courthouse located at 320 West Court Street, Paragould, Arkansas, within the hours prescribed by law for judicial sales, on the 8th day of June, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., the following described real property and improvements having the common address of993 Greene 150 Road, Paragould, Arkansas 72450, being more accurately described as follows:
Tract 1:
That part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, described as follows: Begin at the Southeast corner of the above described tract, run thence West 530, thence North 208 feet, thence East 530 feet, thence South 208 feet to the point of beginning.
Tract 2:
That part of the North Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quatter of Section 28, Township 19 North, Range 5 East, described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of the said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of said Section, Township and Range and run thence South along the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 210 feet; run thence West parallel with the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 210 feet; run thence North parallel with the East line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 210 feet; run thence East along the North line of said Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter 210 feet to the point of beginning.
TERMS OF SALE: On a credit of three months, with ten (10%) of the purchase price paid on the date of sale, provided the purchaser shall execute a commercial corporate surety bond as required by law and the order and decree of said Court in said cause, with approved security, bearing interest at the maximum legal rate per annum from date of sale until paid, and a lien being retained on the premises sold to secure the payment of the purchase money. The property will be sold as-is, where-is, with all faults, and subject to any and all property taxes due and payable.
This sale is made subject to any and all stipulations made in the decretal Order filed of record on the I 31h day of May, 2026. The Commissioner does not warrant title, boundary lines, taxes and or improvements, if any, on the above listed tract of property in Greene County, Arkansas.
