FORECLOSURE SALE DATE
Comes now Plaintiff, IRBC, LLC, by and through its attorneys, and for its Notice to the Court states as follows:
1. That pursuant to the Decree of Foreclosure entered in this matter, the Commissioner has scheduled the foreclosure sale of the subject property.
2. The foreclosure sale is set for May 28, 2026 at 12:00 p.m. at the front door of the Pulaski County Courthouse, or such other location as designated by the Commissioner.
3. Plaintiff provides this Notice to advise the Court of the scheduled sale date in accordance with the terms of the Decree of Foreclosure.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff respectfully submits this Notice of Foreclosure Sale Date for filing of record.
