PUBLIC NOTICE
In accordance with provisions of 40 CFR § 121.15, the Department of Energy and Environment, Division of Environmental Quality (DEQ) gives the following notice:
ArDOT has requested a 401 Water Quality Certification from DEQ for a bridge construction project on Mill Creek. The Mill Creek has been designated as an Outstanding Resource Water according to 8 CAR pt 21, Surface Water Quality Standards. The project is located at Lat. 34.626530, Lon. -93.166047, in Garland County, Arkansas.
The application for the activity is available for review and/or copy at the Division. Only those who submit written comments during the 30-day comment period or who make comments for the record at a formal public hearing regarding this proposed permit will have legal standing to appeal any final permitting decision made by DEQ. Appeals must conform to all the requirements set forth in applicable laws and regulations.
