A Public Hearing will be held before the City of Siloam Springs Board of Directors for an annexation into the city of Siloam Springs, AR. Heritage Rance Subdivision Phase 1 and Lots 1, 2 and 3 of Lawlis Acres Rural Subdivision, of the following described lands situated in Benton County, Arkansas, and contiguous to said city, to-wit:
The tract of land known as Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 73, 74,
75, 76, 77, 78, and 79 of Heritage Ranch Subdivision Phase 1, to the city of Siloam Springs,
Benton County, Arkansas, as shown on Amended Final Plat filed as plat record 2006 at page
1100. Parcel Numbers: 15-17118-000, 15-17119-000, 15-17120-000, 15-17121-000, 15-
17122-000, 15-17123-000, 15-17124-000, 15-17125-000, 15-17127-000, 15-17128-000,
15-17130-000, 15-17131-000, 15-17132-000, 15-17133-000, 15-17134-000, 15-17135-
000, 15-17136-000, 15-17137-000, 15-17138-000, 15-17139-000, 15-17140-000, 15-
17141-000, 15-17142-000, 15-17143-000.

The area to be annexed is to include all adjacent and abutting public streets and rights of way.
The public hearing will be held at the City of Siloam Springs Public Library Meeting Room, 205 E Jefferson St. at 6:30p.m. on the 16th day of June, 2026.
