An instrument dated 01 September 2022 was on 05 February 2026 admitted to probate as the last Will of the above named decedent. A contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a Petition within the time provided by law.
The undersigned filed an Affidavit for Collection of a Small Estate pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 28-41-101 on 11 March 2026.
The legal description of real estate listed in the Affidavit is:
Part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 12, Township 20 North, Range 32 West, Benton County, Arkansas; beginning at a point 46 rods and 8 feet West of the NE corner of Section 12 on the North line of Section 12; then South 208.72 feet; then West 208.72 feet; then North 208.72 feet; then East on the section line to the point of beginning.
All persons having claims against the Estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned withing six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate.
