The Lowell Planning Commission will meet June 15, at 6:00 PM in the Lowell Council Chambers at 216 N Lincoln St to consider the application of Eric Holder, 1318 Tudor St, a conditional use permit for the keeping of agricultural animals in an R-1(suburban neighborhood) zone.
