The Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission (AOGC) will conduct its regularly scheduled hearing at the following date, time, and location(s):

The AOGC will hear such applications properly received and scheduled for the hearing, as well as other matters pertaining to the AOGC. Hearing agendas, or information concerning or copies of the applications are available for inspection and review at the Energy & Environment Headquarters office in North Little Rock, Arkansas at 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, AR, Phone: 501-683-5814; or may be viewed at AOGC’s website at http://www.aogc.state.ar.us.
Inquiries should be directed to the Legal Division, at the North Little Rock address, or by e-mail at objections@aogc.state.ar.us. Any parties who propose to oppose a filed application, shall notify, in writing, or via e-mail at objections@aogc.state.ar.us, the Hearing Officer or Director of the Arkansas Oil and Gas Commission, and the Applicant’s Attorney no later than the close of business on the Friday before the scheduled public hearing date indicated on the Hearing Agenda.
